About Me
Hello! My name is Kavy, and I’m a freelance video editor specializing in content for creators and influencers on the internet. I primarily focus on editing long-form content for YouTube, but I can also edit short-form content like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikToks.
Background & Education
I am from Gujarat, India, and I am 18 years old. I completed my 12th Commerce studies through the GSEB (State Board of India) in March 2025. After finishing school, I decided to take a gap year to focus on my career in video editing.
Video Editing Journey
I have been editing videos since 2022 when I started my first YouTube channel, where I uploaded gaming content. Although the channel didn’t succeed, it gave me the foundational knowledge that introduced me to the world of video editing. Since then, I have continuously improved my skills through hands-on experience and online learning.
Skills & Software
I edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. While I don’t have a formal degree in video editing, my passion for the craft drives me to constantly learn and refine my skills through online resources.
Other Interests
Apart from video editing, I have a deep love for music. I enjoy playing the guitar and singing in my free time.
